Terms of Service

Fastwell uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store distribution unless App Store Connect later states otherwise. These Fastwell terms supplement the Atlas Peak Media Terms of Service for product-specific purchases, health data, and disclaimers.

Fastwell is an informational and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fastwell is rated 17+ and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Fasting — intermittent, time-restricted, alternate-day, or extended — carries inherent medical risks including electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, hypoglycemia, hypotension, fainting, cardiac arrhythmia, and, with prolonged fasting followed by rapid refeeding, refeeding syndrome. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before fasting, especially if you have any medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of an eating disorder.

Health metrics shown in Fastwell are estimates derived from sensor and user-entered data and must not be used for clinical decision-making. If you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, fainting, confusion, irregular heartbeat, or any emergency symptom, stop using the app and call your local emergency number. The full Medical Disclaimer is available in the app under Settings → Legal and you accept it during onboarding.

Fastwell is free to use. Premium is optional and offered through Apple's App Store as: Premium Monthly at $3.99/month and Premium Yearly at $24.99/year — auto-renewable subscriptions, each with a 1-week free trial — and a Lifetime unlock at $49.99 as a single non-consumable in-app purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Purchases, free trials, renewals, refunds, billing questions, and restore-purchase flows are handled by Apple. Atlas Peak Media does not receive your payment card information.

Without premium, Fastwell provides the fasting timer with metabolic-zone tracking, the guided science journey, education modules, the quiz engine, safety check-ins, refeeding guidance, home-screen widgets, and Live Activities.

Premium adds extended fasting protocols (36h and longer), advanced education tiers, and the full analytics dashboard. Free-tier users retain access to their own logged data.

Education modules, the science journey, quiz questions, and safety and refeeding guidance are original informational work by Atlas Peak Media. They are general information, not personalized medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and may not reflect every nuance of current clinical guidance. Verify anything that affects your health with a qualified professional.

Metabolic-zone timing and milestone descriptions are educational generalizations of population-level physiology and will not match every individual's metabolic response. Apple Health correlations are observational and do not establish causation.

Spaced-repetition quiz scheduling and mastery indicators are study aids, not assessments of health competence.

Do not redistribute, scrape, or republish Fastwell education content, science-journey text, or quiz material.

Do not attempt to bypass StoreKit purchases, jailbreak entitlement checks, or use Fastwell in a way that violates Apple's Developer Program License Agreement or applicable law.

Do not rely on Fastwell as a substitute for professional medical care or use it to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. You voluntarily assume all risk associated with fasting and your use of the app.
