Terms of Service

Restock uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store distribution unless App Store Connect later states otherwise. These Restock terms supplement the Atlas Peak Media Terms of Service for product-specific purchases, your pantry data, and disclaimers.

Atlas Peak Media grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Restock on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store terms.

Restock is free to download. The free tier tracks up to 150 items across 5 locations, with barcode scanning, restock levels, the auto-filled shopping list, and expiration tracking.

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store at $9.99 per year. A one-time Lifetime Unlock is also offered at $24.99. Premium and Lifetime unlock unlimited items, custom locations, CSV and PDF export, and per-item expiration reminders.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple ID. The Lifetime Unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID and does not renew.

Purchases, refunds, billing questions, and restore-purchase flows are handled by Apple. Atlas Peak Media does not receive your payment card information.

You own the pantry data you create. Atlas Peak Media claims no ownership of your items, locations, shopping list, or notes.

Restock stores your content on your device. Deleting the app removes local Restock data. If you have not enabled iCloud sync, that data is not recoverable by Atlas Peak Media.

Restock's expiration tracking and reminders are an organizational convenience, not a food-safety guarantee. Product details come from Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central, which are public databases that may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Always use your own judgment, manufacturer packaging, and the rules of safe food handling before consuming any item. Do not rely on Restock to determine whether food is safe to eat.

Restock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Atlas Peak Media does not warrant that Restock will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that barcode lookups will always succeed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Peak Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Restock. This includes spoiled food, missed reminders, or inaccurate product information.

Do not attempt to bypass StoreKit purchases, jailbreak entitlement checks, or use Restock in a way that violates Apple's Developer Program License Agreement or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
