How do I restore purchases?

Open Rigor, go to Settings, then use Restore Purchases in the subscription area. Rigor asks Apple StoreKit to refresh the Pro subscription or Lifetime purchase tied to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select Rigor, and cancel before the renewal date.

What is the difference between Pro and Lifetime?

Rigor Pro is an auto-renewable subscription ($7.99/mo or $59.99/yr). Lifetime is a one-time $129.99 purchase that unlocks the same Pro features with no recurring charge. Both are tied to your Apple ID through StoreKit.

Does Rigor require an account?

No. Rigor does not require an Atlas Peak Media account. Your data stays on your device and your purchase is tied to your Apple ID.

How does Rigor use Apple Health?

With your permission, Rigor reads sleep and related metrics from Apple HealthKit to power sleep analysis and the recovery score. HealthKit data stays on your device. You can review or revoke permissions any time in the iOS Health app.

Where is my data stored?

Your fasts, workouts, meals, sleep entries, and mobility sessions are stored locally on your device. Atlas Peak Media does not collect or back up this data.

How do the fasting zones and timer work?

Start a fast and Rigor tracks elapsed time with a live Dynamic Island countdown, marking science-backed fasting zones as you progress. Extended-fast content is informational and requires confirming you are 18 or older.

How do I log a workout?

Open the training pillar, add exercises from the built-in library of 225+ movements, and log sets, reps, weight, and RIR. Rigor detects 1RM and volume personal records and includes a rest timer with a Live Activity.

How do I log food?

Use the nutrition pillar to search the on-device food database, scan a barcode, create custom foods, or quick-add calories without searching. Barcode scanning looks the product up with Open Food Facts, falling back to USDA FoodData Central, so it needs a connection; only the barcode number is sent. Macro rings and trends update as you log, and your eating window syncs with an active fast.

How do I delete data?

Delete individual entries in the app, or delete the app to remove local Rigor data. Manage HealthKit data and permissions through the iOS Health app.

Is Rigor medical advice?

No. Rigor is a general wellness and fitness tracking app. Its fasting, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mobility content is informational only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any program.

How do I report a bug?

Email rigor@atlaspeakmedia.com with your device model, iOS version, Rigor version, what you expected, what happened, and any screenshots or screen recordings that help explain the issue.
