Terms of Service

Rigor uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store distribution unless App Store Connect later states otherwise. These Rigor terms supplement the Atlas Peak Media Terms of Service for product-specific subscriptions, data, and disclaimers.

Rigor offers a Rigor Pro auto-renewable subscription and a one-time Lifetime purchase through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Settings, Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

Purchases, refunds, billing questions, cancellation, and restore-purchase flows are handled by Apple. Atlas Peak Media does not receive your payment card information.

Rigor is a general wellness and fitness tracking app. Fasting, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mobility content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Rigor does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting, exercise, or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have any medical condition.

Physical activity, fasting, and changes to nutrition or sleep carry inherent risks. You are responsible for exercising judgment about what is appropriate for you, and you use Rigor's tracking and informational content at your own risk.

Stop any activity and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Use Rigor for your own personal health and fitness tracking. Do not present Rigor content as a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or professional health recommendation.

Do not attempt to bypass StoreKit subscriptions, reverse engineer the app, or use Rigor in a way that violates applicable law.
