Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the app and go to Settings. Tap Restore Purchases. This will restore any purchases associated with your Apple ID, including one-time purchases and active subscriptions.
How do I delete my data?
For apps that store data only on your device (Lexica, Rigor, Talos, Shortlist), deleting the app removes all data. For First Generation Finance, if you created an account, email us at contact@atlaspeakmedia.com to request account and data deletion.
Do your apps work offline?
Yes. Lexica, Rigor, Talos, and Shortlist work entirely offline. First Generation Finance requires an internet connection for account features and some content.
What devices are supported?
Our iOS apps require iOS 17 or later. Talos also supports iPad. First Generation Finance is available on the web at firstgenfinance.com in addition to iOS.
How does HealthKit work with Rigor?
Rigor can read and write workout, nutrition, and sleep data to Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission. You choose which data types to share during setup, and you can change permissions at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy and Security, then Health.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email the app-specific support address listed above, or send a general report to contact@atlaspeakmedia.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. We read every support email. Send feature requests to the app-specific email address or to contact@atlaspeakmedia.com.
