Loading the Sample Portfolio

Use synthetic sample deals to learn the app and capture screenshots safely.

Purpose

The sample portfolio provides labeled demo data for Analyze, Results, Modules, Discover, Portfolio, and Reports.

When to use it

You want to learn without entering real deal data.

You need App Review or screenshot material.

You want examples for modeled, draft, owned, and portfolio-ready workflows.

Inputs needed

No real deal data required

Settings access

How to read the output

Every sample deal is visibly labeled Sample.

Samples are synthetic and should not be treated as market comps.

Loading is idempotent, so repeat loads should not duplicate deals.

Common mistakes

Editing sample data and later mistaking it for a live deal.

Using sample output as market support.

Forgetting to disclose sample/demo context in screenshots.
