Terms of Service

Talos is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These product-specific terms supplement that agreement for subscriptions, data handling, and analytical limitations. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple or applicable law.

Talos offers Pro and Pro+ auto-renewable subscriptions with monthly and annual durations through Apple's App Store. The localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any introductory offer for which Apple determines you are eligible are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through Apple. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Talos, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access continues as Apple indicates for the current paid period.

Apple handles purchases, billing, cancellation, restore-purchase flows, and refund eligibility. Refund requests may be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. Atlas Peak Media does not receive your payment card information.

Talos is informational analysis software. It does not provide investment, appraisal, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, lending, fiduciary, or financial advice.

Outputs depend on user-entered inputs, assumptions, formulas, external data availability, and model limitations. Verify all information against source documents and consult qualified professionals before making purchase, sale, financing, tax, or legal decisions.

Market data, FRED data, projections, comparison assumptions, and user-entered inputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, unavailable, or unsuitable for a specific decision.

DCF, IRR, Monte Carlo, sensitivity, development, waterfall, real-options, portfolio, and tax-aware outputs are estimates and decision aids. They are not guarantees of rent, value, financing, sale price, return, tax treatment, or lender approval.

Remote listing discovery is not part of the production Talos v1 app. Saved Deal Map uses property information you enter.

Optional Sentry diagnostics are off by default and, if you consent, are limited to crash/error and performance data used to improve app reliability. They are not a substitute for source-document review or professional diligence.

Do not use Talos to misrepresent analysis as a certified appraisal, broker opinion, lender approval, tax opinion, or professional recommendation.

Do not attempt to bypass StoreKit subscriptions, reverse engineer provider access, or use Talos in a way that violates applicable law or third-party data terms.
